As the music journalism world around us evolves, many of the bigger news outlets around the country (in and out of music) have jumped at the opportunity to implement AI strategies in their everyday news cycles, taking away important components of human experience in their writing processes in favour of a fast editorial that’s essentially ripping off others with gathered information. We at Wall Of Sound continue to take a stand against the use of AI in our approach to music journalism. There are no shortcuts when it comes to writing about, reviewing or piecing together editorials with 100% of our work coming from those ingrained in the scene; living and experiencing all it has to offer and then passing on those experiences through our new-age approach to music news.
